PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. The Agreement. These Terms of Service, which include and hereby incorporate our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"), constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Contributor") and CrowdComputed Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("CrowdComputed," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the CrowdComputed website (the "Site"), the CrowdComputed software application (the "App"), and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

1.2. Binding Agreement. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, DOWNLOADING THE APP, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

1.3. Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SEE SECTION 14) THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

2. The CrowdComputed Services

2.1. Service Description. The Services enable users who download and run our App ("Contributors") to make a portion of their personal computer's latent or idle computational power, internet bandwidth, and other resources available to the CrowdComputed network (the "Shared Resources"). These Shared Resources are utilized by CrowdComputed for various commercial computing tasks.

2.2. Consideration. In consideration for contributing your Shared Resources to the network, we will credit your Account (as defined below) with points ("Points") at a rate determined by us in our sole discretion. These Points can be redeemed for various digital goods, gift cards, and other items available in the CrowdComputed storefront ("Rewards").

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1. Age Requirement. To create an Account and use the Services as a Contributor, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Account Creation. To access the Services, you must register for a user account ("Account"). When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, such as your name and a valid email address. You agree to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account.

3.4. Account Restrictions. You may not use another person's Account without their express permission. You agree that you will not have or use more than one Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account with or without prior notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

4. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CrowdComputed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a personal computer that you own or control, solely in connection with accessing and using the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Shared Resources, Points, and Rewards

5.1. Earning Points. To earn Points, you must download the App and make your computer's Shared Resources available to our network. CrowdComputed does not guarantee that you will earn any specific quantity of Points, as the rate of earning depends on network demand, the performance of your hardware, and other factors determined by us.

5.2. Points System.

(a) Your current balance of earned and unredeemed Points ("Balance") will be displayed in your Account.

(b) Points are the property of CrowdComputed and are not your personal property. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where explicitly offered as a Reward (e.g., redemption via a linked PayPal account).
