Thank you for using the paid services of Crowd Computed AI! This Terms of Paid Services Agreement ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Crowd Computed Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, "Crowd Computed AI", "Company", "us", "we", or "our") governing your use of Crowd Computed AI's paid services, software applications and websites (collectively, the "Services"). References to "User", "you" and "your" mean the individual accepting this Agreement.
This Agreement supplements and incorporates the Crowd Computed AI Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable terms, agreements, rules, guidelines, policies, notices and instructions regarding use of the Services and related activities, as may be amended from time to time (collectively, the "Service Agreements"). In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, this Agreement shall control. For matters not addressed herein, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall apply.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN THEIR ENTIRETY, INCLUDING ANY PROVISIONS LIMITING THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY OR YOUR RIGHTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE PAID SERVICES OR ANY OTHER SERVICES.
ALL DISCLAIMERS, INDEMNITIES AND EXCLUSIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SURVIVE ITS TERMINATION.
Users under the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction ("Minimum Age", being 13 years or as otherwise specified) may not use the Paid Services. Users between the Minimum Age and age of majority ("Majority Age") may only use the Paid Services through their parent/legal guardian, who hereby accepts these Terms on the user's behalf.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Please review these Terms before each use of the Paid Services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1.1 "Paid Services" means the specific benefits or services provided by Crowd Computed AI for a fee or upon meeting certain qualifications (the "Crowd Computed AI Paid Service", "Service", or "Paid Service").
1.2 "Membership Service" means the tiered membership program described in Section 3, with benefits as announced on the Website and in member communications.
1.3 "Credit" means virtual tools for redeeming certain services on Crowd Computed AI platforms. Credits are not payment instruments, tokens, virtual currency or prepaid vouchers and have no monetary value. Credit benefits are as specified at time of purchase.
1.4 "User Account" means a registered account for accessing Crowd Computed AI, either as a "Member Account" or "Regular Account". Users may activate multiple Paid Services under one User Account.
1.5 "Member Account" means a User Account with an active Membership Service subscription.
1.6 "Regular Account" means a non-Member Account.
1.7 "Service Fee" means amounts paid for Paid Services, charged according to the relevant product interface.
1.8 "Validity Period"/"Subscription Period" means the duration of Paid Services benefits after purchase, as specified on the Website for the relevant service.
2.1 Account Registration Prior to purchasing or utilizing any Paid Services, you must register and log in to your Crowd Computed AI account.
2.2 Review of Terms You are required to thoroughly review and comprehend these Terms, including without limitation the specific rules governing your intended Paid Services, payment and cancellation policies, benefit terms, and any liability limitations or exclusions that are prominently displayed.
2.3 Acceptance of Terms
Your use of any Paid Service or completion of the purchase process (including but not limited to checking acceptance boxes, clicking purchase buttons, or submitting payment) constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Paid Services.
