- Download the Installer
Go to the official TeamViewer website to download the software installer:
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/
- Install the Software
Once the download is complete, go to your Downloads folder. Double-click the file you just downloaded and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- Share Your Credentials
Open the TeamViewer application. To allow our technician to connect, please send them your connection details in one of the following ways:
- Option A: Take a screenshot of the main window (as shown above) and send it to our technician.
- Option B: Simply copy your ID and Password and paste them in your message to our technician.
